Weddings

Over the years I have had the pleasure of performing at many a special day!  I have sung early light sets while people eat canapes, performed as part of a strolling band while people eat, and sung with plugged in bands after dinner when guests hit the dancefloor! 

I have also been employed many times over the years as the wedding DJ, and I provide my own PA system with two powerful speakers and microphones.  These can be set up for the bridal party to use for speeches if the venue does not provide this service.

I have also been involved in the event management and catering of weddings on a few occasions, as I have extensive hospitality experience.   So I'm very reliable, confident and ready to improvise should the need arise.

The typical services I provide are..

- A special song for your walk down the aisle.  This is a nice way to add a special and unique element to your ceremony.  Obviously I will learn this song specifically for your big day, and I can send you a recording in advance to use at the rehearsal.

- Background music during the canapes.  I will entertain all the guests with a set of loves songs, wedding classics and crowd pleasers, while all the photos are taking place.  This can be anywhere from an hour, to two or even three!  Rest assured I will keep playing!

 - First Dance.  If a unique acoustic version of a favourite song is what you had in mind for your first dance then I would me more than happy to learn it to perform.  Again I can send a recording if you wish to listen in advance to rehearse your dance moves!

- After Dinner Dance set.  If a solo performer is what you had in mind, then I am happy turn the energy levels up to ten and play some more upbeat dance numbers.  Alternatively I can set up Dj equipment, this way you can ensure we have any and every favourite tune at your disposal!

The most important thing I always remember in any capacity is that it is you're special day! I understand everything needs to be great, and I am always willing to learn, adapt, perform and help in any way needed to make the whole occasion a smashing success!
